2. Services & Products

  • Consulting/Coaching: All sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

  • Digital Products: Software plugins and e-books are delivered digitally via email or direct download upon successful payment.

  • Physical Products: Books or merchandise will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

3. Payments Payments are processed securely via Instamojo. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We do not store your credit/debit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Digital Goods: Delivered immediately or within 24 hours of payment.

  • Physical Goods: Shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and location (typically 7-10 days within India).

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Services: Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled coaching session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless there is a technical defect.

  • Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is received in damaged condition.
